How do I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address in the “Delivery details” section of “Your account”. This option will not be available if there is a debit or credit on your account, delivery is in transit or there is a pause in your orders. In these cases, ‘Your Account’ will direct you to send us a message in the web chat.

What should I do if my delivery is not on time?

We deliver your deliveries to our contracted cargo companies as soon as possible and we closely follow the shipping process for each of our customers. In rare cases of delays

Find details about your order in “Your account” or call us. We will find out what happened and try to fix it.

Do you charge for delivery?

If the total of the products in your cart is 600₺ and above, all your shipping is free. You can see the shipping charges for your purchases of lower amounts on the checkout page.

How can I change my delivery address?

In any case, you can change your delivery address in your Account under ‘Delivery details’. This option will not be available if your account is in arrears, the delivery is in transit or there is a pause in your orders. We may also pause this option during peak times when we are coordinating a large number of deliveries. In these cases, ‘Your Account’ will direct you to send us a message in Live Chat.

Can I recycle my packaging?

We are working on recycling some of our product packaging and shipping packages. We plan to make nice surprises for our customers who deliver recyclable packaging to us. Because we love nature as much as our customers.

When will my order be delivered? Do I need to be at home?

Delivery times vary according to the cargo companies to which the orders are sent. We recommend that you follow the delivery process with the cargo tracking numbers sent to you after you place your order. If the cargo company cannot find you at home, it may request you to pick up your products from the branch.

Can I return my order?

If you have a problem with your order, you can request a refund. You can send returns via contracted cargo companies. Do not hesitate to contact us for the return process or any other questions.

How should I store my food products?

Although the olive tree loves the sun, olive oil and other olive products do not like sunlight. That’s why we prefer to deliver these products to you in dark or sunlight-proof packaging. We recommend that you store them at home where they are not exposed to direct sunlight.

Are there any additives in my products?

As Gedene, there are no artificial additives in any of the products we produce and deliver to you. For this reason, we recommend you to consider the recommended consumption dates on the packaging.

How can I find out the expiry date of the products?

The recommended expiry date of all products is indicated on the packaging. (Please note that the storage conditions of the products may also affect the expiry date. Be sure to read and follow the storage condition information on the packaging or sent with our products).
