Ingredients

500g cottage cheese
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon of black cumin
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 (half) tea glass olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Preparation

Put our cheeses in a bowl where we will make a mixture. Add 2 sprigs of rosemary, 1 teaspoon of black cumin, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of thyme.
Add half a tea glass of olive oil to the mixture and knead it.
Take our cottage cheese for breakfast on a serving plate, add a pinch of rosemary on it and drizzle the olive oil over the cheese.

*You can also sprinkle black cumin on the cheese while serving.
